Note: Once donors elect to relocate some/all seats with intent to move to a higher or lower level, that donor is not guaranteed that tickets will be available in their desired donation level. However, every effort will be made to fulfill requests. All tickets on all Letters of Intent not received by the October 31, 2008 deadline will be removed from the donor's account and the donor may be subject to not receiving any football tickets in 2009. The details of the Yearly Equitable Seating (YES) program and instructions for completing the step-by-step YES donation and seat selection process are contained in a brochure that is being mailed to every Gamecock Club member. The brochures began mailing on August 29, so be on the lookout for yours soon. The brochure is also available now on this Web site and can be downloaded by clicking on the YES brochure cover art on the left side of this page. Every Gamecock Club member will also receive a Letter of Intent that each season ticket holder will need to complete and return to the Gamecock Club. This Letter of Intent is not available as a download because each one contains individual member’s information. As always, the YES office is here to assist you with any questions you may have. Simply contact a member of the YES staff or call 803-777-SEAT to speak with someone. The most important thing to know is the fact that every single season ticket holder will have the opportunity to keep his or her seats. Every member of Gamecock Nation is equally valued and will be treated with the same level of commitment and customer service. Every member will have the opportunity to individually meet with a YES representative for a personal consultation prior to selecting seats. This is a great moment for The Garnet Way, the Gamecocks, and the University of South Carolina. We look forward to seeing and talking with everyone over the coming months and thanking everyone in person for playing their part in building a nationally prominent athletics program that consistently battles for championships!
